Coriander seed is the dried berry of the Coriander Herb and is used as an aromatic spice in food. Coriander seeds are a common ingredient in Indian, the Middle Eastern, Latin American, North African, and Southeast Asian Cousine.
Citric, Sweet nature. To enhance the flavor, toast the seeds in a pan for a few minutes first. This will add a nutty aroma, masking the citric taste.
