Rice Idli Mix
Soft, fluffy, light-as-air idlis - healthy, delicious and easy to make. Serve hot with MTR Sambar. Mix 1 measure of MTR Instant Idli Mix and 1/2 measures of curd and 11/2 measure of water into a smooth batter. Alternately prepare batter with 11/2 measures of water. Set aside for 5 mins. Add finely cut green chillies, ginger and curry leaves to the batter for added flavour. Steam batter in an idli cooker or vessel for 10-12 mins.
